Level 3 Building Survey

The RICS Level 3 Building Survey (formerly the Full Structural Survey) is the most comprehensive property survey available. It is carried out by an experienced RICS Chartered Surveyor and provides the deepest level of analysis of a property's construction, condition, and defects.

Our surveyors inspect all accessible areas including the roof space, beneath floors where accessible, and all internal and external elements. The report provides detailed descriptions of defects, their likely cause, and recommendations for remedial works — including indicative costs where appropriate.
